Under construction since 2021, Athena is a self-organizing knowledge system for 1 website, a cluster of websites or the entire Web.
There are many knowledge systems: Search Boxes, Chat boxes, Outline, Category Trees. Athena is different. It uses multiple trees built from names & nouns in the content. Similar to the trees and results you see when chopping on Amazon or Walmart, only instead of Food > Snacks > Cookies, you’d see Venezuela > Rubio > Thiel Fellowship > charter city.
Athena uses a narrative, story-telling approach. Each branch is a storyline, the related posts the story. We believe this is the most natural way to gain knowledge.
Athena is part of the MemeWeb, a learning space on the web full of libraries, Universities, even global RPGs. Athena could become Humanity’s Knowledge-base as it spans the Galaxy.
